I’m Anna.

TerraMatrix grew from the kind of spaces I was looking for myself; places where you can slow down, be met without judgement and reconnect with what genuinely matters.

Motherhood, nursing, mental-health work, bodywork and ceremony have all shaped the way I hold space. So have years of travelling, living between cultures and learning from the different ways people understand family, community, healing and our relationship with the natural world.

My interest in metaphysical studies has led me to explore spirituality, symbolism, intuition and the deeper questions people often carry about meaning and belonging. I approach these ideas with curiosity rather than certainty. There is no expectation that anyone shares my beliefs or interprets an experience in the same way I do.

What matters most to me is how people feel when they are with me: respected, unhurried and free to make their own choices. I’m not interested in telling people who they should become. I want to create conditions where people can listen more closely to themselves, feel more at home in their bodies and reconnect with others and the living world.

Outside of my work, I’m happiest travelling with my family, near the ocean, among trees, around a shared table or creating simple moments of meaning with my children.
